Operational Excellence Program Coordinator
Summary:
LHH is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Program Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives with our client, a global finance organization. This position focuses on delivering leadership and development programs, managing events, partnering with campus recruiting, and driving engagement across the finance community. The role involves program coordination, reporting, and creating internal communications to support organizational goals.
Location: New York, NY 10036 – Hybrid 3 in 2 out -Varies
Compensation: $35.00 - $41.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and logistics for leadership development programs, undergraduate and MBA initiatives.

Serve as the central point of contact for program participants, vendors, recruiters, and internal teams.

Attend and support programming activities, including trainings and social events.

Partner with campus recruiting to secure interviewers, attend recruiting events, and represent the organization.

Act as Learning Administrator, generating reports on training completion rates (Excel skills required).

Drive engagement through town halls, intranet updates, and new initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Contribute content for newsletters and leadership updates.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.
-
3–5 years of related experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience managing stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Excellent project planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

High attention to detail and design sensibility.

Knowledge of finance preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Office 365, Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $41.00 per hour
