Job Functions:
The accounting associate will be responsible for performing essential transactional and analytical tasks that keep the company?s financial data accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Support duties related to accounts payable functions
- Assist Cost Accountant with updating inventory spreadsheets
- Match all incoming invoices with the appropriate support documentation
- Enter invoices into accounting software and set invoices for timely payment
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues for bank accounts, subledgers, and general ledger accounts.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to all vendor inquiries
- Provide supporting documentation for annual audits
- Assist with various projects, as needed
