The Business Intelligence Lead will play a pivotal role in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. This position requires managing complex BI projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. The successful candidate will integrate data from various sources, including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and SAP, to deliver strategic and actionable insights to stakeholders across key areas such as commercial, supply chain, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts while defining and executing the BI strategy.
- Architect and manage BI reporting solutions to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst role with a strong track record of managing BI teams and projects.
- Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based BI solutions, along with proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
