Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – RN Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Rotating Weekend On-Call
 
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join a respected skilled nursing facility in North Carolina. This leadership role partners closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional resident care.
 
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active North Carolina RN license</li>
<li>Supervisory/leadership experience required</li>
<li>MUST have experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing</li>
<li>Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge</li>
<li>Memory care experience is a plus</li>
</ul>
 
Schedule &amp; Benefits:
