Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with medical staff, residents, and family members

Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures
Requirements:

Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania

0+ years of experience as a nurse or in a leadership role
