Pay: $33 - $38 per hour - DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic for a reputable company in Denver, CO. This is a full-time opportunity with a company that values reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance. In this role, you'll be overseeing the maintenance of a world-class fleet consisting of over 50 trucks, trailers, and forklifts - most of which are less than 2 years old. You'll be responsible for keeping the fleet in peak condition, ensuring the equipment is safe, reliable, and ready to perform.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance on diesel trucks, trailers, and forklifts.
• Oversee the DDIL program: monitor driver inspection reports and complete necessary repairs.
• Manage the parts cabinet: ensure all essential components are stocked and organized.
• Conduct fabrication work as needed, including MIG and tack welding, using acetylene torches and plasma cutters.
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience as a Fleet Mechanic.
• Skilled in welding and fabrication techniques (MIG, tack welding, torches, plasma cutting).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
