Shift Type: 14-7
Basic Purpose Summary:
To lead a team to safely and successfully rig up and rig down equipment thoroughly upon WTB SOP’s, using and operating heavy equipment, and being able to lift heavy materials.
Characteristic Responsibilities:

Rig up or down equipment such as shower trailers, trash trailers, light towers, containments, restraints, etc.

Rig up or down restraints from Wellhead, flowback pipes, pump trucks, missiles, Zippers, etc.

Filling out JSA forms, ensure work is performed safely and comply with all safety procedures of the company including the use of proper PPE.

Work in yard with rental equipment to prepare for upcoming jobs.

Travel outside the immediate geographic area may be necessary and is not subject to refusal.

And other duties as assigned.
Distinguishing Competency Factors:
Skill:
Leading crews on jobs, initiating tailgate meetings before and after every assigned job. Familiar with all job requirements.
Knowledge:
Requires understanding of SOP instructions of job tasks routine procedures.
Supervision:
Requires partial supervision of other employees doing work, which is related or similar to the supervisor, including assigning job duties, providing training, giving instructions and checking work.
Working Conditions:
Requires performing regular job assignments in an adverse working environment involving a variety of unpredictable elements or hazards, including exposure to injuries or hazardous materials which result in partial disability.
Physical Demands:
Requires medium to heavy work, including continuous physical exertion such as frequent bending, lifting, or climbing and long hours.
Communication:
Requires explaining facts, interpreting situations, or advising individuals of alternative or appropriate courses of action. This level also requires interviewing or eliciting information from other employees with supervisor/manager approval.
Independent Action:
Requires making a limited number of choices in selecting among alternative courses of action under supervisory guidance and in performing job functions according to a variety of trained policies or procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 to 3 years yard or field work experience.
License/Certification: Valid Texas driver’s license.
RECOMMENDED WORK TRAITS: Job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations and being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. You should have a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges and maintain a clean, safe environment at all times. Must be flexible in a changing work environment, available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed. Must be a team player, self-motivated and able to prioritize.
