Pierro, Connor & Strauss, LLC is a rapidly expanding New York State law practice with offices in Albany, New York City, Long Island, and Hudson specializing in estate planning, special needs, business planning, tax planning, elder care, and estate/trust administration. We offer a team of exceptional people passionate about the law and clients.


Our firm is currently seeking an energetic, reliable, motivated legal assistant with Estate Planning and/or Estate Administration experience.


Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • High level of client contact
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Managing attorney calendars
  • Scheduling/confirming appointments
  • Maintaining case notes

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency
  • Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented
  • Skilled at multi-tasking with a high degree of efficiency
  • Strong communication skills via telephone, email, or in-person
  • Ability to think critically and proactively, and remain effective under pressure
  • Problem-solving capabilities with regard to workflow obstacles
  • Collaborative team player as well as a self-motivated independent agent
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Pleasant demeanor and an outgoing personality with a client service focus
