Job Description
The Batrakova Law Office [TBLO], a boutique business immigration law firm, with offices in Portland and Miami, seeks a Part-Time Legal Assistant. This is an on-site work opportunity in Lake Oswego, with paid vacation and time off, as well as a number of fringe benefits. A successful candidate must have strong interest in business immigration, strong writing skills, be a team player, have excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, initiative, and good judgment with a demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time and case load. The ideal candidate would also be bi-lingual, preferably in Spanish or Russian.

Skillset will include:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
\n
• Two or more years of legal or office experience
\n
• Spanish or Russian bi-lingual, preferred
\n
• Strong writing skills
\n
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clients, attorneys, and other professionals
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office: PowerPoint, Word and Excel
\n
• Quick learner and someone who likes to be challenged
\n
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork with others
\n
