Job DescriptionDescription:
- Candidate must be able to program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers and self-inspect finished products to blueprint, for accuracy and defects.
- Able to receive a drawing/model, program tool paths for part, set up the part in appropriate machine, run part.
- Understands appropriate tools for different part requirements
- Familiarity with aluminum is a plus.
- Has good math skills, understands complex instructions, how to make sure items are designed and built to customer specifications.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated but can take criticism and/or correction.
Requirements:
- Software – Mater Cam, SolidWorks, CamPlus.
- Certificate or Degree equivalent in Machine Tool Technology or proven equivalent related experience.
- Experience with HAAS, Emmegi, and FANUC Controls a plus.
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC programming.
