This is a hands-on position where your engineering expertise will be central to enabling reliable, scalable, and secure mobile operations for the Intelligence Community. Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include

Supporting the integration of mobile automation and testing capabilities across classified environments

Troubleshooting complex, mission-critical dataflows and identifying root causes of system issues

Working directly with operational and capabilities teams to enable end-to-end automation

Collaborating with data consumers and repository owners to improve data quality, reliability, and system integrity

Creating detailed, mission-relevant Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) and documenting tool usage

Developing, executing, and automating system and integration test plans
-
Monitoring deployed tools and workflows to ensure continuity of mission operations

Working in Agile delivery cycles to continuously field and refine capabilities
Minimum Qualifications

Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

Citizenship: U.S. Citizen

Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience
-
OR 16+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
-
Required Skills
-
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and support mission-critical systems and dataflows
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting complex system behaviors
-
Experience with system documentation and diagramming tools (e.g., Confluence/Gliffy, Visio)
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to grasp and model complex system interactions
-
Hands-on experience developing system engineering management plans and implementation strategies
-
Ability to derive and allocate system and functional requirements to hardware, software, and personnel components
-
Experience with test automation frameworks and validation strategies
-
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and operational scenario support
-
Knowledge of system monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment best practices
Desired Qualifications
-
Prior experience working within the Computer Network Operations (CNO) customer space
-
Understanding of CNO-specific dataflows and system architectures
-
Familiarity with mobile platforms, mobile applications, and associated security controls
-
Experience developing or integrating distributed software systems in mission environments
-
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows
Compensation Range: $171,000.00 - $226,000.00
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
