Job DescriptionSenior Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in a General Contractor as well as knowledge of Bluebeam and Take Offs software. This individual will use their strong project management and estimation skills to oversee construction projects and facilitate cost estimates. Salary:$120,000-$160,000
- Position Overview:
- The Project Manager will be responsible for managing construction projects of varying sizes and complexity.
- This position will also involve making accurate cost estimates of construction materials and labor.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing construction projects from beginning to end.
- Developing detailed cost estimates for construction materials and labor.
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors.
- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Working through Base building Experience
- Ensuring that projects are completed in accordance with set budgets and timelines.
- Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in Construction, GC, and All Trades.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam and Take Offs software.
- Excellent project management and estimation skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
