Teriyaki Madness Now Hiring Front of the House positions for (Highlands Ranch, Colorado ) Welcome to the MADNESS!! Madness team members working in the Front of the House will:
- Provide an outgoing, friendly, informative customer experience for each Madness customer.
- Manage a cash drawer, credit sales & receipts, process discount coupons or specials.
- Good basic math skills are required.
- Take orders to customers.
- Keep the cashier counter and dining area clean.
- Maintain stocks of condiments, salads, eating utensils, cups for customer service area.
- Clean and sanitize the restaurant according to the standards.
- Be crossed trained at all other positions.
The preferred Madness team member will: * Present a friendly, outgoing, positive and customer-oriented attitude and service orientation at all times
- Facilitate teamwork and a helpful approach to getting all tasks and assignments handled in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, service providers or vendors and other team members at all times. Attentive listening, speaking clearly using appropriate language, terminology, tone and volume while maintaining a respectful and courteous demeanor is required.
- Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Work well – or best! – under pressure.
- Have the ability to follow recipe instructions; complete cleaning, sanitizing and other tasks from established checklists; have a thorough understanding of the menu items; and, display a willingness to cross-train in other positions.
