Job Description HVAC Field Service Technicians are needed in the Asheville, NC area. Operating out of a Service Vehicle that goes home at night, Techs will be responsible for installations, upgrades, repairs, and service of various residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.
Compensation:
$25.00 - $35.00/hour
Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus based on experience

Schedule:
Days: Monday - Friday
7:30am - 4:00pm
Overtime available as needed, after 40 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
- Create accurate repair estimates for customers.
- Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance needs.
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
- Mentor and train junior technicians.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
- Adhere to all local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
