The position will ensure quality and compliance for products and services manufactured. Previous quality control experience in a fast paced production environment is essential for this role.Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Ensure production lines adhere to and comply with legal requirements, standards, and procedures</li>
<li>Provide training to productions teams to improve quality control and product excellence</li>
<li>Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and radiographs</li>
<li>Perform testing on the production line and propose improvements</li>
<li>Collect quality data and provide statistical analysis reports </li>
<li>Monitor operations and suggest improvements to processes</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in a fast paced production environment</li>
<li>Manufacturing experience within a technical role, experience with PV module is preferred</li>
<li>Strong problem solving skills</li>
<li>Tech savvy</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also independently</li>
