Occupational Therapist – Gretna, VA | Day Shift

Position Overview:

• Shift: Day shift

• Start Date: ASAP

• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

• Productivity Requirement: 85%

• Duration: 13-week assignment (with potential for extension)

• EMR System: Common rehab EMR platform

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapy license

• Previous SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred

• Strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
