Job DescriptionThe GM is the main contact between the corporate office, customers and the sales reps. The Gm hires and trains their sales staff and will lead any managers in their market. The GM will also work with customers for collections and problem jobs. Three Brothers will be growing in the Utah markets over the next few years with openings for Territory manager and General manager/ Territory growth.
The GM needs to be a self-motivated leader that pushes a result by driving individual performance from everyone on their team. The GM will lead weekly trainings to keep the teams' skills sharp, They will be contact with the CEO and the production managers to ensure that our customers are taken care of and our staff is supported and continues to grow.
Pay is performance based without a cap on potential earnings.
