What You’ll Do as a Real Estate Sales Agent:
- Stay in contact with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Create connections that turn into repeat business and referrals.
- Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and show properties that meet their needs.
- Host open houses that showcase our listings effectively.
- Guide each transaction from listing to closing with care and attention.
- Find new business through outreach and networking.
- Be the expert on your market, ready to answer questions about listings and trends.
Requirements to Join the Team:
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Comfortable using tech tools and platforms.
- Organized and able to manage time well.
- Self-starter who sets and reaches goals.
- Must have an active Real Estate License.
