Civil Engineer (EIT/PE) – Land Development | Denver Metro

Join a collaborative team of experienced project managers and multidisciplinary professionals delivering high quality land development projects across the Denver Metro area.

Key Responsibilities:
\n

- Partner with project managers and internal teams to design and deliver innovative land development solutions
- Develop engineering drawings, site plans, grading plans, and profiles using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Perform design work related to stormwater management, hydrology, grading, and erosion control
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to assess land use and identify design opportunities
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and construction documents
- Ensure designs meet local codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices through ongoing training and development

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
- EIT required; PE license preferred (open to various experience levels)
- 4-6 years of experience in land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and stormwater design
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Project management experience is a plus (especially for senior-level candidates)
- Familiarity with local zoning, permitting, and regulatory requirements
