Job Description & Skill Requirement:

'• Maintain CIP project trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
\n
• Update project status', savings research/calculations, risks identification, and maintain timelines.
\n
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and Product Management teams.
\n
• Own savings calculations, reporting, and leadership reviews.
\n
• Track project approvals, implementation progress, and realized savings.
\n
• Identify roadblocks and escalate issues as needed.
\n
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
