In this role, you will serve as a key operational contact for solar garden developers, ensuring the accurate processing of subscriber data, bill credits, and program reporting. If you're detail-oriented, mission-driven, and passionate about renewable energy, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a leading energy company.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between our client and solar garden developers, ensuring subscriber allocations and bill credits are processed accurately and timely.
  • Manage the program inbox and respond to developer inquiries.
  • Perform recurring review of subscriber and credit allocation reports; validate data and flag discrepancies.
  • Participate in weekly team check-ins and support process delivery initiatives.
  • Support program managers with operational execution across multiple renewable energy programs.
  • Utilize internal systems (CRS, SAP, Excel) to track customer and subscriber data.
  • Cross-train with peers to provide coverage and support across other renewable choice initiatives.
  • Engage in ongoing process improvement efforts and contribute to enhancing customer/developer experience.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 1–2 years of professional experience OR recent graduates with relevant academic background.
  • Degree or background in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or Administration strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and navigate systems like Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook), Salesforce (a plus), SAP, and internal customer billing databases (CRS).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and evolving regulatory landscape.

Preferred:

  • Customer service experience, particularly in the utility, environmental, or energy sectors.
  • Demonstrated interest in or passion for renewable energy.
  • Prior exposure to subscription-based programs or operations roles.
