Position Overview
This strategic, commercial-facing role drives North American spare parts sales. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with strong people leadership to grow parts sales, optimize coverage rates, and maintain high-value customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead NA SeSo Insights team (8–9 direct/indirect reports), including Canadian team oversight.
Manage 8-9 parts coordinators and customer service staff.
Monitor inventory, delivery, pricing, and dead inventory trends to drive parts sales.
Develop strategies to maintain and grow parts volume and coverage rate (~30 key accounts).
Build relationships with procurement teams; lead VOC meetings to identify gaps.
Track entitlement and coverage data by equipment and customer.
Create KPI-driven reports and dashboards using ERP, Excel; Power BI a plus.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic planning and coverage improvements.
Travel <10%; occasional international travel for Canadian team oversight.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years people management experience, ideally leading analytical or commercial teams.
Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency required.
ERP experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX).
Excellent communication and presentation skills; team-oriented and adaptable.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
Bilingual in Spanish or French.
Experience in commercial spare parts or industrial service solutions.
Prior experience creating dashboards and managing coverage metrics.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Open office environment, primarily desk-based work.
Minimal physical demands; standard office ergonomics apply.
