Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about community impact? We’re hiring an Entry-Level Events Assistant to support engaging charity events, nonprofit fundraisers, community outreach programs, and live events.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated entry-level candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, fundraising, community engagement, and event operations.

No prior event experience is required. Full paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

As an Events Assistant, you’ll help support successful nonprofit and community events while interacting directly with attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assist with charity events, nonprofit fundraisers, community programs, and live activations
  • Support event setup, registration, materials, and onsite activities
  • Welcome and engage with attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members
  • Provide information about nonprofit organizations, charitable causes, and fundraising campaigns
  • Assist with sign-ups, registrations, and attendee engagement
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming event environment
  • Track attendance and collect attendee feedback
  • Support promotional activities and community outreach efforts
  • Assist with fundraising and donor engagement initiatives
  • Work with team members to help events run efficiently and provide a positive attendee experience

Who We’re Looking For

We value attitude, enthusiasm, communication skills, and motivation over previous experience.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Are 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED; college coursework is a plus
  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with new people
  • Are comfortable working in public-facing environments
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are dependable, organized, and adaptable
  • Can stay positive and professional in a fast-paced event environment
  • Are available for occasional evening, weekend, or special event schedules
  • Have an interest in nonprofit organizations, fundraising, marketing, events, or community outreach

No previous event, marketing, or nonprofit experience is required. Paid training is provided.
