## Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous caregiving or relevant experience required
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively
- Empathy and patience in dealing with clients

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Comfortable with physical tasks as needed
- Background check is required
