Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active New York (NY) Bar license (required)
• 2–8+ years of family or matrimonial law experience
• Strong knowledge of New York Domestic Relations Law and Family Court procedures
• Experience handling court appearances, motions, and negotiations
• Trial experience is a plus

• Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities
• High level of emotional intelligence and client empathy
• Ability to manage sensitive and high-conflict situations professionally
