Each employee enjoys attentive managers, competitive benefits, and a great work environment.We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team.Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to FridayCompensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hourBenefits:Health savings accountPaid Time Off (PTO)Free financial advising from certified professionals.Great company cultureYear-round employmentPosition Summary: To coordinate the installation operations of the company which includes overseeing the daily dispatch of the crews, ordering, and purchasing equipment and materials, inventory stocking program, and overseeing all warehouse functions. Additionally, this role will work with inspectors , job costing, and pulling permits for each job. Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers apprised as to company schedule and requested lead time. Candidate must be familiar with all applicable codes and ensure work is done properly, within allotted timelines and on budget.Pay: $20-30 per hourWork Hours: Mon- Fri 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Schedule may vary. HVAC preferredExceptional communication and customer service skillsPrevious experience in permitting for HVAC tradesExperience in job costingExperience working with and scheduling Inspection for HVAC jobsFamiliarity will all applicable codes preferredStrong leadership abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office productsAble to communicate in Spanish is helpful***NO PHONE CALLS OR IN OFFICE INQUIRIES ABOUT THIS POSITION.
