Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities Perform fire alarm testing and maintenance. Complete accurate service reports, test documentation, and deficiency notes. Communicate professionally with building representatives, installers, and internal staff. Escalate issues promptly and take ownership of assignments. Education & Experience Valid Driver's License. 3+ years of experience in Fire Alarm Testing & Maintenance. S78 Certification (NYC only).
