Licensed Real Estate Acquisitions Agent (Remote – Training Provided)

We’re BAM Property Group (BAM Offers) — a fast-growing real estate investment company buying and wholesaling properties every week. We’re expanding and looking for hungry, licensed real estate agents to help us lock up deals.

What You’ll Earn:

$20 per qualified offer submitted (20 per week = $400 guaranteed)
$100 per accepted offer (average 2–3 per week = $200–$300)
15% of every assignment/wholesale fee closed (average $2,250 per deal, 2–3 deals/month = $4,500–$6,750)

Average agents earn $5K–$8K/month once ramped up. Top performers can make much more — no income cap.

What You’ll Do:

Submit 20+ offers per week using our streamlined system (we provide the tools + training).
Negotiate with listing agents and sellers to get offers accepted.
Work with our team to move deals through contract to closing.
