Job DescriptionGeneral Liability Pre-Suit Attorney

We are seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with personal injury and general liability cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients throughout the pre-litigation lifecycle and guiding matters toward resolution or litigation readiness.

Who You Are:
- Juris Doctor Degree from an American Bar Association-Accredited Law School
- Active Member in Good Standing with State Bar Association
- 1+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
- Desire to become part of a trial team
What Will You Be Doing?
- Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
- Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
- Guide clients through the case process
- Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
- Complete TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
- Manage the release approval process
- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily general liability cases.
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
- EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements
