🔧 What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go‑to expert for keeping our high‑speed production equipment in top shape:
- Set up and change over production lines and machinery
- Maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, cappers, fillers, labelers, and packaging systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve uptime
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete urgent repairs
- Conduct in‑process quality checks to ensure consistent product standards
- Identify potential issues early and resolve them efficiently
Your work keeps production flowing — and the team depends on your expertise.
🎯 What You Bring
- 2+ years of high‑speed manufacturing maintenance experience
- Proven experience setting up machinery and packaging equipment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Hands‑on experience replacing motors and gearboxes
- Ability to perform machine and product quality inspections
- Basic electrical skills (rewiring motors, running lines, etc.) a plus
- Experience in high‑volume or food production is highly valued

🏭 Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Overland, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.50 - $33.50/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
