Role Description The Core Associate role at Pandora is a full-time, on-site position based in Columbus, OH. In this role, the Core Associate supports daily store operations, including organizing and replenishing core product assortments, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring merchandise is presented according to brand standards. This position works closely with store leadership and team members to help meet sales goals, support customer service by ensuring product availability, and assist with stockroom efficiency and product flow to the sales floor. The Core Associate may also help with basic data entry related to inventory, participate in cycle counts and audits, and contribute to a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment. Collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong focus on Pandora’s brand values and customer experience are essential components of the daily work.

- Experience in retail operations or stockroom support, including inventory handling, merchandising, and product organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks such as inventory counts, product labeling, and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work constructively with store leadership and team members.
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to supporting an engaging, inclusive, and high-quality in-store experience.
- Ability to perform on-site work in Columbus, OH, including standing, walking, and handling merchandise throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems, point-of-sale support, and data entry related to stock management.
- Reliable time management and organizational skills to handle multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in jewelry, fashion, or branded retail environments is beneficial but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training in retail or logistics is an advantage.
