What will you do?
- Define and communicate the company’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of all technology solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into the product suite, development and testing processes, creating intelligent, automated, and data-driven features that deliver measurable value to customers and the company.
- Lead and mentor software developers and IT teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, accountability and continuous learning.
- Lead ongoing research and evaluation of emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to identify innovation opportunities, and ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancement.
- Partner with executive leadership and Product Managers to evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging technologies that create competitive advantage, while ensuring cross functional alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, architecture, and infrastructure, implementing best practices across Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize cost efficiency and value creation.
- Cultivate a culture of learning, professional growth, and cross-functional collaboration within technology teams.
- Act as the primary technology spokesperson, representing the company with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Support and actively participate in the recruitment, evaluation, and hiring of top technical talent to build high-performing, scalable teams.
Required Education & Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.
- Proven experience scaling SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API-driven ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML implementation in SaaS products.
- Knowledge of data security, compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.), and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technology teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Our candidate must:
- Be available on a full-time basis, from Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm.
- Be available to work from home and in San Juan.
