As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to help us deepen our relationship with our fans and expand our brand reach across digital platforms.


Job Summary:

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Community Manager to lead day-to-day engagement across Lifeway’s social media channels and help drive our influencer marketing efforts. This person will work in collaboration with the team to help develop and maintain the digital voice of the brand—nurturing a vibrant, positive, and responsive community online, while supporting key brand and marketing goals.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Social Media Community Engagement

  • Manage real-time interactions on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and tags with brand voice, escalating as needed
  • Monitor sentiment, trends, and community feedback to inform content strategy
  • Surprise and delight engaged fans, brand advocates, and potential customers with timely, authentic responses
  • Sets, plans, and execute online community communication campaigns, strategies, initiatives, and programs
  • Develops a content marketing plan, grows and supports online communities, implements the digital engagement strategies, and provides engaging and shareable content for social media accounts.

Influencer & Brand Ambassador Support

  • Assist in identifying, vetting, and coordinating with influencers and creators that align with Lifeway’s mission
  • Help manage influencer communication, seeding, product gifting, and campaign logistics
  • Track and report influencer performance and content deliverables

Content Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the social media and creative team to inform content calendars and highlight community-generated content
  • Surface opportunities for community-driven storytelling and user-generated content (UGC)

Brand Monitoring & Listening

  • Track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Use social listening tools to uncover conversation opportunities and engage with broader health/wellness communities
  • Analyze web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators and finds new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track community KPIs (engagement, sentiment, follower growth, response time, etc.)
  • Share insights and recommendations for continuous improvement


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Passion for health, wellness, and probiotics
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific tone, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and tone
  • Comfortable using social media management and influencer platforms (e.g., Sprout, Dash Social, HypeAuditor)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.)
  • Bilingual or multilingual a plus


Education and Experience:

  • Degree preferred or equivalent on experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or community engagement (CPG or wellness brand experience a plus)
