The UPS Store opened in Dublin, Pennsylvania on June 1 and have had a successful launch. — and we are expanding our team now. This is a locally owned and independently operated franchise. Our part-time associates are a vital part of the team, and many grow into full-time and leadership roles. If you want flexible work, real skills, and the opportunity to grow with a new local business, this is for you.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Part-Time Store Associate delivers outstanding customer service and supports store operations on a scheduled, flexible basis. This is a great entry-level opportunity for students, career changers, or anyone seeking supplemental income with a dependable schedule. Full training is provided — no shipping or print experience needed.
Schedule: Part-Time | 15–25 hrs/week | Flexible Mon–Sat scheduling (some Sundays)
Pay: $13.50 – $15.50/hour, based on experience
Ideal For: Students, career changers or those seeking supplemental income
Start Date: September 2026
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and tracking across all major carriers
- Complete print orders: copies, flyers, business cards, binding, and laminating
- Handle POS transactions, mailbox notifications, and general store upkeep
- Support opening or closing procedures as scheduled
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or GED (currently enrolled is fine); must be 16 or older
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable with technology and basic computer tasks
- Available Saturdays and Sundays; flexible weekday hours; able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prior retail / UPS or customer service experience a plus
