Property Manager
Sacramento Area | Full-Time | Direct Hire
$85K–$100K + Benefits
Terrific opportunity with a well-established and growing commercial real estate organization seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of Class A office properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building tenant relationships, managing operations, and being part of a collaborative and professional team with strong long-term growth potential.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing day-to-day property operations
• Tenant and vendor relationship management
• Budgeting, operating expense reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Lease administration and rent collections
• Coordinating maintenance, capital projects, and property improvements
• Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, accounting, leasing, and construction teams
Qualifications:
• 3+ years Property Management experience
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting experience
• Lease administration knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
