We’re looking for a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE who is ready to ROCK!
This is more than answering phones. You’ll be the voice of our company and a key player in keeping our schedule full and our customers happy.
What You’ll Do:-Answer incoming customer calls with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism-Schedule appointments and keep the dispatch board FULL-Make outbound calls to fill openings and maximize the daily schedule-Build genuine relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional experience-Handle miscellaneous office and customer-service tasks as needed-Jump in, solve problems, and help keep the team moving forward

Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | In-office
Plus, participation in an on-call rotation that can be handled remotely.
