A rewarding opportunity awaits a dedicated Special Education professional for a contract position serving students in a dynamic and supportive academic environment. This assignment will span the 2026-2027 school year, from late August through early June. The position supports students in a Setting III/center-based LAUNCH program, providing essential individualized instruction and interventions to help each learner reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teaching License required (must be presented with resume for consideration)
  • Experience implementing IEPs and differentiated instruction
  • Skilled in managing a diverse caseload and adapting to a variety of learning and behavioral needs
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, families, and related service providers
  • Flexible, team-oriented approach with a passion for student-centered support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals for a Setting III/centerbase LAUNCH classroom
  • Regularly assess student progress and update records to ensure compliance and effective planning
  • Work collaboratively with staff and families to develop and implement interventions and supports
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position working 37.5 hours per week, aligned with the academic calendar.
