Qualifications:

• 1 year minimum climbing experience
• 1 year minimum Aerial lift experience
• ISA arborist preferred but not required
• Good understanding in tree care safety standards
• Knowledgeable in intermediate and advanced rigging techniques
• Good communication and leadership skills with a strong emphasis on teaching and mentoring
• Attention to detail
• Customer satisfaction
• Valid drivers license
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to obtain CPR certificate
• Ability to lift 80lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Safely perform all removal and pruning tasks per work order efficiently to company and customer satisfaction
• Display Positive attitude and teamwork
• Assessing job site safety and recognizing work hazards
• Inspect and assess tree health, risks and provide recommendations
• Tree Identification
• Equipment Maintenance such as chain saws, blowers, trucks, and trailers.
• Climbing and rigging inspection
