Location: Phoenix, AZ
Assignment Dates: April 27, 2026 – July 25, 2026
Schedule: 36 hours/week | Day Shift (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments for cardiovascular procedures

• Assist surgeons during complex open heart surgeries

• Handle and organize surgical instruments and supplies with precision

• Ensure strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols

• Collaborate closely with surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Position Details

• Specialty: CVOR / Open Heart Surgery

• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital

• Shifts: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week

• Call: Required – must be flexible and responsive

Dress Code

• Hospital-issued scrubs provided

• Hospital-issued jacket or gown required

• Proven experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) settings

• Strong knowledge of open heart surgical procedures

• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
