Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Deli Clerk to join our team!
As a Deli Clerk, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, making deli sandwiches, cutting meats, cheeses, steaks, and fish for customers, stocking shelves, and maintaining the stores appearance.

Responsibilities
Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
Complete sandwich orders and deli prep work
Follow all food-safety procedures.
Be responsible for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and price initiatives
Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
Qualifications
High School Education
Ability to speak, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
Willingness to work well in a team environment
Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
