Starting Rates:
LPNs – $33.30/hr
RNs – $38.95/hr

PRN Nursing Responsibilities
-
Provide quality nursing care to residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care
-
Assess residents and implement individualized plans of care
-
Monitor and evaluate residents’ responses to treatment and care
-
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
-
Document care accurately and maintain required records
-
Communicate with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team
-
Supervise and collaborate with nursing staff as appropriate
-
Maintain resident confidentiality and rights
-
Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable nursing regulations
-
Maintain a professional and compassionate approach at all times
Qualifications
Registered Nurses (RNs):
-
Graduate of an approved professional nursing program
-
Current, valid Florida RN license
-
Long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute-care experience preferred
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):
-
Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
-
Current, valid Florida LPN license
-
Long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute-care experience preferred
Reliable transportation required.
This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
