We’re in search of a highly-motivated, people-friendly, organized Project Coordinator to lead our paving division. You will be in charge of scheduling and coordinating paving jobs, including customer service, as well as lead sourcing and some sales, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration for the division, and ensure we are in compliance with all required project permits. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players.
Compensation:
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule paving projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
- Source and develop leads to expand client base and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement business plans for the paving division.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and secure necessary permits.
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain project alignment.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project coordination within the property management industry.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills to process and maintain internal documents and records.
- Ability to provide data-driven recommendations for strategic planning and business administration.
- Experience in coordinating and scheduling projects to ensure timely completion.
- Ability to facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams effectively and efficiently.
