Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 6p to 6a Shift

Job Type: FULL_TIME

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team at Plainview Healthcare Center in Plainview, TX. As a valued member of our team, you will assist residents with daily living activities, ensure comfort, and provide high-quality care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.

Shift Availability: 6p-6a

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning, ambulating, and hydration

• Help residents with personal hygiene needs

• Observe and report changes in resident health to supervising nurse

• Document food and fluid intake accurately

• Assist with feeding and provide nutritional supplements

• Maintain clean and tidy living environments, including making beds

• Transport residents safely within the facility

• Support nursing staff and follow facility policies

• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local standards

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification

• Strong communication skills

• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and familiarity with patient care standards

• Physical stamina and ability to assist residents safely
