Our client has an active search for an experienced commercial litigation attorney to join their well-established business law firm. This is a strong career opportunity with an excellent platform offering exposure to sophisticated litigation matters and a diverse client base of high-profile businesses.
Interested candidates should have 6+ years of substantive litigation experience, with a strong background in commercial litigation, foreclosure actions, and electronic discovery. The incoming attorney will play a key role in all phases of litigation—from inception through resolution—including complex motion practice, discovery management, depositions, and trial preparation.
You will manage a diverse and engaging caseload of commercial litigation and foreclosure matters in state and federal courts. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents, conducting and defending depositions, and handling all aspects of e-discovery including collection, review, and production of ESI.
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple matters independently. This is a full-time role with excellent compensation, firm-sponsored healthcare benefits, and a lucrative bonus structure in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Job Details
