Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee daily mail operations and lead logistics for office moves. This role ensures efficient handling of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and interoffice deliveries, while also coordinating relocation efforts across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all mailroom functions including sorting, distribution, shipping, and receiving.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure compliance with postal regulations.
Assist with planning and execution of office moves, including vendor coordination, space planning, and employee communication.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth transitions during relocations.
