Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction

Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 DOE

Your Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the lead on large-scale heavy civil projects (public and private), with responsibility for full lifecycle project management and direct supervision of both office and field teams.
You’ll oversee:
- Pre-construction planning and project setup
- Cost control and forecasting
- Scheduling and critical path management
- Full P&L ownership
- Subcontractor and client coordination
- Safety compliance and risk mitigation
What You Bring:
- 7+ years’ experience in heavy civil construction (wet utilities, excavation, grading, paving)
- Proven track record managing self-perform crews and subcontractors
- Experience leading projects valued over $50M
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as HCSS, Bluebeam, P6, Agtek, Bid2Win, Trimble, etc.
