Job Summary:
As a Quality Control Technician you will: provide quality control support to manufacturing areas through inspections and laboratory testing, ensuring compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and ISO 9001 standards. Primary responsibility is to measure plastic parts using hand tools (micrometer, caliper) and automated inspection equipment, and data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections according to defined procedures and quality control schedules.
- Support prototype and new business development inspections per project requirements.
- Conduct basic data analysis to support production and project needs.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and test methods to ensure reliable analytical services.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in quality practices.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in inspections and documentation.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret and present data clearly.

Communication: Effective written and verbal communication, especially when articulating complex data.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks in a time-critical environment.
- This job is located within the United States.
- Must be able to commute to Grantsburg WI (Not a remote role)
- Relocation is not available
