The Basics:

Hours we’re looking for: All weekdays Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm OR 4-5 weekdays from 3:30pm to 8pm; Saturdays not required but welcomed in addition to weekday availability

Job Type: Full-time & Part-Time
- Compensation: $19.25-25/hr
Traveling Required:
You'll be driving to and from clients' homes, so you have a reliable form of transportation, including a valid driver’s license and car insurance
Qualifications
- You have a High School Diploma or GED completed.
- At least 6 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children, preferably in educational or therapeutic settings (ABA experience is a plus)
- Traveling Required: You'll be driving to and from clients' homes, so you have a reliable form of transportation including a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
- You have a smartphone or similar device (e.g., iPad, tablet with internet services or laptop) capable of capturing client session data and are tech-savvy.
- Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs through family, friends, or work experience is a plus!
- You can pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for.
- You'll be driving to and from clients' homes, so you have a reliable form of transportation including a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
- Ability to keep up with active children and are enthusiastic and professional.

What You’ll Do:

Provide Therapy: Work directly with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).

Teach Key Skills: Help children develop communication, social, self-help, and play skills using ABA principles.

Engage with Clients: Stay active throughout the session, engaging in play and assisting the child in achieving learning goals, which may include bending, squatting, and playing on the floor.

Maintain Data: Accurately record session data, track progress, and help with reporting treatment goals.

Ensure Safety and Confidentiality: Ensure client safety during sessions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
