Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or engineering-related field
- 7+ years Construction PM
- 5+ Years residential land development
- Able to interpret engineering and architectural schematics/blueprints
- Experience with CAD
- Strong negotiation, budgeting skills
Plusses:
- Zoning, permitting, and entitlement processes
- Experience working with municipalities and utility providers
- Blue-beam or similar software experience
Day to Day:
- Directs pre-construction planning, budgeting, and constructability reviews
- Oversees design coordination, permitting, and contractor negotiations
- Manages subcontractor bidding, buyouts, and GMP development
- Leads construction execution, site inspections, and schedule tracking
- Handles RFIs, change orders, and submittal workflows
- Maintains project documentation, reporting, and financial oversight
- Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
