What You’ll Do
• Lead all day‐to‐day property operations with confidence and professionalism
• Build strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and property upkeep
• Oversee leasing activities, renewals, and move‐in/move‐out processes
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Manage budgets, invoices, and operational documentation with accuracy
• Enforce company policies and maintain high standards across all properties
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to support our diverse resident community
